MANVEN Core (“Mcore”, “we”, “us”) is a platform that businesses use to run loyalty programs, promotions, and marketing campaigns. This policy explains what personal information we handle and why. It covers two audiences: customers who join a business’s program, and business users who run a business on Mcore.
Mcore is, at its core, a marketing and promotions platform. Using it means information is used to deliver promotional value — we’re upfront about that below. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect: your email (required), and optionally your name, phone number, profile picture, and birthday; your consent and marketing preferences for each business you join; and your activity with that business (purchases, donations, rewards earned and redeemed, check-ins, opt-ins, referrals).
How we use it: to run the programs you opt into; to send you marketing and communications from the businesses you join (that’s the point of the service); and, with your consent, to suggest other businesses on Mcore you might like. Cross-business suggestions are optional and you can decline or withdraw them at any time — we don’t share your email with another business unless you choose to join it too.
Your choices: you can leave a business or turn off its emails, manage cross-business suggestions, edit your details, and erase your account and personal data at any time from Settings → Privacy.
When you delete your account: your personal details are erased immediately and your transaction records are anonymised (amounts and dates stay with the business, no longer linked to you). For up to 5 years we keep a one-way scrambled fingerprint (a hash) of your email on those anonymised records, which data-protection law permits for defending legal claims. It can’t be used to look you up unless someone already knows the exact email you used; access is restricted to an administrator, requires re-authentication, and is logged. Final removal of your sign-in credentials is completed by our team within a few business days.
What we collect: your account details (name, email, sign-in identity), your role and the business(es) you’re associated with, billing-related information where applicable, and your use of the platform.
How we use it: to provide the platform, authenticate you, support you, bill where applicable, secure the service, and meet legal obligations.
Your customers’ data: when you run a business on Mcore, you are the controller of your customers’ personal data, and Mcore acts as your processor — handling that data on your instructions to provide the service. Your obligations are set out in the Business Terms of Service.
We do not sell personal information to anyone.
We protect information with encryption in transit, row-level access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to safeguard your data.
Your data is stored on our hosting provider’s infrastructure and may be processed outside your home country, with appropriate safeguards in place.
Mcore is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a significant change, we’ll update the date shown on this page and notify affected users by email.
